Terms of Service

Last updated 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software packages and related services provided by Cotton Market Bloom ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a package or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

01 Software license & packages

Cotton Market Bloom is an authorized reseller of business software and provides configuration, onboarding, and support services. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software tools included in your selected package (Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise) for your own business.

Feature sets, integrations, and delivery scope are defined by the package you purchase and confirmed during your scoping call.

02 One-time fees & payment

Packages are sold for a one-time fee as listed at the time of purchase ($7,500 Essentials; $12,500 Professional; $25,000 Enterprise). Fees are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party services (such as payment processors, domain registration, or messaging carriers) may charge their own fees, billed directly by those providers and separate from your package fee.

03 Refunds

A full refund may be requested within 72 hours of purchase, provided implementation has not begun. After that window, or once implementation begins, all sales are final. See our Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.

04 Acceptable use

You agree to use the software and services lawfully and responsibly. You will not:

  • Send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications through the marketing tools
  • Violate applicable laws, including data-privacy, e-commerce, and anti-spam regulations
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the licensed software without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the platform's security

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your own customers.

05 Client responsibilities

To deliver your package on time, you agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to accounts we need to configure (such as your domain or payment processor), and prompt review and approval at each stage. Delays in providing these may extend delivery timelines.

06 Intellectual property

All underlying software, platform code, and templates remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. Content you provide (your brand, products, and business data) remains yours. Configurations we build for you are delivered for your use under the terms of your license.

07 No income or results guarantee

Cotton Market Bloom provides software and setup services only. We make no guarantee of any income, revenue, sales, or business result. Any examples are illustrative, not promises. Business outcomes depend on your market, your effort, and how you use the tools.

08 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cotton Market Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the software or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim.

The software and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in these Terms.

09 Governing terms & changes

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Cotton Market Bloom regarding your purchase. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
